What does working with you look like?
We start with your travel goals, dates, budget, and must-haves. After a discovery conversation and your Trip Planning Form, I confirm the planning scope and professional services fee before researching your personalized proposal.
Do you charge a planning fee?
Yes. Custom research and trip design are professional services. Your non-refundable planning fee is confirmed before work begins, based on your trip and the travelers involved.
Can you arrange more than the hotel?
Absolutely. Your trip can include hotel or resort accommodations, transfers, excursions, and cultural experiences, with flights when needed. We agree on the details of your planning service before I begin.
Can I pay for my trip over time?
Some suppliers and packages allow a deposit followed by scheduled payments. Availability, deposit amounts, and final payment dates depend on the booking. I explain the terms before you commit.
What if I haven’t picked a destination?
That is a great place to start a conversation. Tell me how you want the trip to feel, your travel window, and your budget. We can discuss which direction suits your plans before moving into paid trip design.
